Conocer al Padre
Dios se dio a conocer al pueblo de Israel bajo magníficos nombres: Jehová, el Todopoderoso, el Altísimo, el Mismo. Pero a nosotros los cristianos Jesús nos habló de Dios como nuestro "Padre". Los que creen en su nombre llegan a ser "hijos de Dios" y se benefician de los privilegios ligados a esa relación.
La voluntad del Padre: Los creyentes son dados a Jesús por la voluntad del Padre, quien desea que tengan vida eternal (John 6:39-40).
The hand of the Father: Jesus is the shepherd of those rescued, are yours for eternity. "No one can snatch from the hand of my Father" (John 10:29).

El Padre escucha: Él oye y responde incluso a la más débil petición (Juan 16:23).
